First we call you back, usually the same business day, to confirm the property address, the fence line you have in mind and any deadline you are working against, such as an HOA deadline, a new dog or a closing date.

Next we schedule the on-site measurement, typically within 48 hours anywhere in Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach County, including evenings and Saturdays. On site we measure the run, check soil and access conditions, look at what needs demolition, and talk through material, height and gate options against your city's ordinance and your HOA's standards.

Within another 48 hours you receive a written, fixed-price proposal broken out line by line — materials, labor, demolition, permits and gates — so you can compare it against any other bid honestly. If you move forward, we prepare the permit package, call in utility locates and schedule the installation. Most residential projects are installed one to three weeks after approval, depending on permit review and HOA calendars.
