IronLine Fence Inc. ("IronLine Fence", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, phone calls and text messages, how we use it, and your choices. We are a Florida company serving Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email and property address.
• Project details: fence type, timeline, budget and photos or notes you share.
• Basic technical data: browser type, pages visited and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics or advertising tools (such as the Meta Pixel and Google Ads).

How we use your information

• To respond to your request, schedule estimates and provide fence services.
• To send appointment confirmations, reminders, quotes, project updates and customer-service messages by phone, email or text.
• To improve our website and measure our advertising.
• To meet legal, tax and permitting obligations.

SMS / text messaging privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

When you provide your phone number and agree to receive texts from IronLine Fence, we use it only to communicate with you about your inquiry, estimate, appointment or project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. You may also call us at (786) 723-6718 or email office@ironlinefencefl.com. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Advertising measurement

Across our website, the Google Ads tag receives permitted page-visit measurement data: browser and device information, IP address, page URL, and permitted advertising cookies or click identifiers. On our fence-estimate page, a successfully saved estimate request also sends a conversion event and a random request identifier for duplicate prevention. Google uses this data to measure ads and support lead-based bidding optimization. A request is not a booked appointment. We do not send your submitted name, phone number, property address or project details to Google for customer matching. We do not use enhanced conversions or offline conversion uploads for this form.

We do not show an advertising-consent banner. Google Ads tracking is blocked in Canada, the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, and whenever visitor location cannot be resolved. Elsewhere, permitted measurement is enabled unless you opt out here or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. We do not replay events that were blocked. Use the button below to withdraw from advertising measurement; your refusal and the version of this notice are saved in this browser and apply immediately to new events in other open tabs. This does not remove previously sent data. You can also manage Google and Meta ad preferences directly with those providers. Meta measurement, if enabled on a separate page, is a separate advertising tool.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (for example, our phone/messaging provider, email and website hosting), with permitting authorities or HOAs when needed for your project, or when required by law. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.

Data security & retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, as required by Florida law (Fla. Stat. § 501.171). We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as the law requires.

Your choices

• Opt out of texts by replying STOP, and out of emails via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
• Request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
• Disable cookies in your browser settings.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
