• Description: texts about your estimate request, quotes, appointment scheduling and reminders, project updates and customer-service replies.
• Opt-in: you agree to receive texts by giving us your number on our website, by phone, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Frequency: message frequency varies based on your project.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Estimates and pricing

Prices on this website are general ranges and are not offers. Your price is set only in a written estimate or contract after an on-site measurement. Promotions (such as new-customer discounts) apply only as stated in writing and cannot be combined unless noted.

Contracts, licensing and permits

Work is performed under a separate written contract, which controls if it conflicts with these terms. Where required, we obtain permits and follow the Florida Building Code and local rules. Florida's Construction Industry Recovery Fund and lien laws (Fla. Stat. ch. 489 and ch. 713) may apply; required notices will be provided in your contract.

Website use

Website content, photos and logos belong to IronLine Fence and may not be copied without permission. Content is provided for general information and "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, IronLine Fence is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless your contract says otherwise.
